Emily + Matt: A Southern Seaside Brunch Wedding

Do you love a good brunch? We do and we were thrilled when Emily and Matt asked us to incorporate a southern brunch into their wedding day. This couple hosted a lovely wedding weekend for their guests who travelled from all over to experience Seaside, Florida for the first time.

Upon arrival to this charming beach town, guests were greeted with welcome bags filled with lots of local goodies. Coffee from Amavida, Seaside coozies, and gourmet snacks to name a few. Wedding day began with a morning ceremony at the iconic Seaside Chapel, where Matt and Emily tied the knot. Just steps away, in Ruskin Park, a stunning southern inspired brunch was awaiting their guests. On the menu were bite sized nibbles from chicken and waffles to shrimp and grits. The event was designed with an organic garden theme in mind. From linen upholstered settees to farmhouse tables adorned with luscious blooms, the space was so inviting.

After the brunch, guests were invited to put on their swimsuits and enjoy an afternoon at the beach with the happy couple. Seaside is nestled along 30a, which is home to sugar sand beaches and emerald waters.

Later in the evening, Matt & Emily invited their guests back to Ruskin Park for one more treat. A southern inspired shrimp boil dinner! Guests ate, drank and danced the night away.
